Our team consists of reformed help desk heroes, cloud architects who’ve provisioned more instances than they can count, network ninjas who’ve untangled more cables than they’d care to admit, and that one developer who still comments their code “just in case someone else needs to read it.” We’ve all done our time asking “Have you tried turning it off and on again?”, debugging mysterious production errors at 2 AM, and nodding sympathetically when someone describes their computer problems as “it’s just being slow.”
